Use of the site

This site exists to present our work and let you start a project conversation. You agree not to misuse it — including submitting false inquiries, attempting to access non-public areas, or interfering with its operation.

Inquiries, proposals & invoices

Submitting an inquiry is not a contract; pricing shown on the site is indicative. Work is engaged through a written proposal, and its terms (deposit, revisions, delivery) control once accepted. Invoices are issued and payable through Intuit QuickBooks; the payment terms shown on each invoice apply.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — video, photography, and copy — belongs to Bannin Productions or its clients and may not be reused without permission. Rights to commissioned work are defined in each project’s proposal.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bannin Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
