Bannin Productions (“we”, “us”) provides video and photography services in Dothan, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, budget and timeline preferences, and your message. We also record basic technical information (such as an IP address) to prevent spam and abuse.
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. You can opt out with standard browser tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare proposals, deliver the services you request, and send invoices related to work you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the business: Supabase (secure data storage), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics (aggregate site analytics), and Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and accounting). If we invoice you, the name and email needed for the invoice are shared with QuickBooks solely to create and deliver it. Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service.
Retention & security
We keep inquiry and billing records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax obligations. Data is stored with access-controlled providers, and credentials to third-party services are encrypted at rest.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@banninproductions.com. We will honor deletion requests except where records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
